1.2. All reservations are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Deposits:

2.1. Payment in full is required at the point of booking

2.2. Deposits can be paid via credit/debit card, bank transfer

2.3. In the event of a cancellation, payment will be refunded in full, subject to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy below.

Cancellations and Amendments:

3.1. If you need to cancel or amend your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email.

3.2. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.

3.3. In the case of a no-show, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.

3.4. Amendments to reservations, such as changes to dates or room types, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4.1. Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include all applicable taxes.

Check-in and Check-out:

5.1. Check-in is available after 3:00 pm. Self check in via key safe and code sent to you on the day of arrival.

5.2. Check-out time is by 11:00 am. Late check-outs may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Extra Charges:

6.2. Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms only and must be declared at the time of booking. A pet fee may apply.

6.3. Damages or breakages caused by the guest must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges for repairs or replacements.

6.4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor common areas. Guests who smoke in these areas will be subject to a cleaning fee.

 

Liability:

7.1. The Studio by Hip Haus cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your stay.

7.2. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund.
