Amazing property, amazing hosts they really do go above and beyond. Even provided bowls, beds and treats for my dog (never had this before when staying anywhere else). Will be 100% returning!!

Quiet Location, not overlooked but also close to the seafront and shops. Small, well equipped and comfortable and dog friendly, which was non negotiable for us.

We would recommend The Studio to anyone. It's a nice walk to the Pier, there are buses and a train if you walk to the Signal Box Pub, which is good.
